ThreeP3 PM is a third party entity, who represent(s) our client(s) throughout the complete home build, rebuild, ADU, addition and/or garage conversion process.
We are your checks and balances that assure a seamless construction continuum and timeline. Whatever the home construction build, ThreeP3 PM is with you from the beginning to the end. We are NOT a licensed contractor. We are your representative(s) who guarantees a full architectural set of plan(s) stamped with approval(s) by your respective building department(s).
Then we recommend contractor(s) who fit your project(s) scope and budget. This allows you full control of the complete build process from A to Z, beginning to end. From the conceptual design to the approved final design and build, we will actualize your architectural and design vision(s) into the reality you desire. Because of our vast experience in the construction industry, we expedite permit(s), negotiate contract(s) on your behalf and manage a time-sensitive construction continuum...saving you valuable time and money. We are experts at "Value Engineering" which doesn't just mean making your project less expensive, its goal is to increase the value of your project by replacing and/or taking away item(s) that aren't essential to the true goal and vision of your project.

We are one of the 1st to get permit approval from Ventura County Planning Department for a ADU/Garage Conversion during the COVID Pandemic. We know how to get your plans approved. We are creative, pragmatic and solution-based because every square foot matters.
*ADU’s and/or garage conversions provide additional square footage and living space. The additional space can be used for "Aging in Place" or generating supplemental income as a rental...or a Panic Room, Man Cave, Kid's Play Room, Recording Studio, Office, etc.
